Our Housing & Basic Needs programs provide outreach, advocacy, personal care, transitional housing, and practical assistance while walking alongside individuals and families with respect, dignity, and compassion.

Homeless Prevention
Helping people stay housed.
Supporting individuals and families who are at risk of losing their housing through advocacy, planning, referrals, and connections to community resources.

Aboriginal Homeless Outreach
Meeting people where they are.
Providing outreach, relationship-based support, advocacy, and connections to housing, health, and community services for Indigenous community members experiencing homelessness.

Homeless Program
Supporting the journey toward stable housing.
Working alongside individuals experiencing homelessness by providing practical supports, referrals, housing navigation, and connections to community services.

Personal Care
Supporting health, dignity, and wellbeing.
Providing access to personal hygiene, practical necessities, and basic supports that help people care for themselves with dignity.

Lelum 'u tu S'tsa'-elh teyt-en (House of Honourable Mothers)
Supporting mothers and babies staying together.
A live-in wraparound program providing 24/7 support for pregnant people and new mothers experiencing complex challenges, helping strengthen families through healing, parenting support, housing stability, and coordinated care.
