Family and Early Years
From pregnancy through the early years, our Family & Early Years team walks alongside children, parents, caregivers, and families by providing culturally grounded programs, developmental supports, parenting resources, advocacy, and opportunities for connection.
These programs help families build strong foundations, celebrate culture, and create nurturing environments where children can grow, learn, and thrive. Housing and Community Supports
Our Housing & Community Supports team walks alongside individuals and families experiencing housing challenges by providing outreach, prevention, advocacy, practical assistance, and culturally grounded supports. These programs help people strengthen stability, navigate systems, access resources, and move toward a place to call home. Youth Services
Our Youth Services team creates welcoming spaces where children and youth can build confidence, strengthen relationships, connect with culture, and discover their potential. Through outreach, mentorship, recreation, education, cultural programming, leadership opportunities, and one-to-one support, we walk alongside youth as they navigate school, family, community, and life.

Our program includees advocacy, court support, victim service and community partnerships that support system navigation, helping people to build on their strengths and to access services, while moving with dignity and hope.
