Hiiye’yu Lelum – House of Friendship is hiring a Homeless Prevention Program Outreach Worker to support community members experiencing homelessness and housing instability.

This is an opportunity to work directly alongside people in our community, providing practical support, advocacy, housing assistance, referrals, and connection to services.

Position Highlights:

• Duncan, BC

• Permanent, 35 hours per week

• $29–$31 per hour

• BSW or equivalent education/experience

• Experience working with high-risk populations

• Knowledge of Indigenous culture, history, and issues

• Support with housing applications, apartment searches and tenancy needs

• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
