Hiiye'yu Lelum House of Friendship is hiring an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join the Little Sum'Suma'Ya Aboriginal Head Start Team in Duncan.
This is an opportunity to help create a nurturing, inclusive, and culturally grounded early learning environment rooted in Indigenous culture, language, identity, and strong relationships with children and families.
Position Highlights:
Duncan, BC
Full-time, permanent (part-time hours may be considered)
Start date: ASAP
$28–$30 per hour base wage
$34–$36 per hour including the current AHSBC Wage Enhancement
ECE diploma or higher, a valid BC ECE licence required
Benefits available after successful completion of the 3-month probation
