House of Friendship
Elders
Honouring the wisdom, stories, and well-being of our Elders.
Our Elders carry teachings, language, stories, and traditions that strengthen our families and communities. We are honoured to walk alongside Elders by providing practical support, meaningful connection, and opportunities to remain active, independent, and connected to community.
A friendly visit, transportation to an appointment, sharing tea, or lending a helping hand around the home, our team is here to support our Elders.
